As a kid I used to love the since-closed FAO Schwarz toy store in San Francisco, not only for the life-sized stuffed animals and LEGO world, but the floor-to-ceiling pillars filled with recirculating water and hundreds of pink, yellow, and purple Barbie high heels, which I thought was the ultimate in chic decor. Actually to this day if there was any way to have one of these installed in my home or office, I might die of happiness. I feel similarly about what's been done here by Adam Wallacavage as part of an art show running during this year's Miami Basel honoring the 50th anniversary of Sanrio (you may have witnessed the welcome wagon earlier this fall at Pioneer Square):
