If the idea of commercially sold ice cream made out of human breast milk does not make you flinch, consider the name of the dessert, now on sale at the Icecreamists ice cream shop in London's Covent Garden, is called: Baby Gaga.
The milk itself comes from one Mrs. Victoria Hiley, who is paid for her milk donations in an arrangement she defines is a "recession buster," noting that, "What's the harm in using my assets for a bit of extra cash?" I mean, sure. "Some people will hear about it and go yuck—but actually it's pure organic, free-range, and totally natural," says Icecreamist founder Matt O'Connor. Free range? Wow, that is a plus. So... would you try it? (Before you answer that, know that the milk donors undergo the same health checks as hospital blood donors.)
