Restauranteurs: Do you serve breakfast? Are you the kind of place that sets Tabasco Sauce on the table? Would it break the bank to add a second a variety? For my money, a hangover breakfast just isn't the same with overly-vinegerary/under-flavored hot sauce. I've long enjoyed the happy marriage of Tapatio and potatoes, but Secret Aardvark is a good option too (bonus points for being Portland-based), as is Texas Pete's, even Cholula will do in a bind.
