Too soon?

In case you didn't hear, the Trail Blazers were unceremoniously bounced from the the NBA Playoffs last night.

So, what to do with your irrational fanaticism? Well, the Timbers are back in action at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, when they host CONCACAF Champions League finalist Real Salt Lake at the House of Pane.

RSL is legit, undefeated in MLS play so far and likely still fuming a bit after dropping a 1-0 heartbreaker to Monterrey in the decisive leg of the CONCACAF Champions League finals on Wednesday.

The Timbers, meanwhile, are coming off a rough 3-0 shellacking in Los Angeles last weekend, but are unbeaten within the friendly confines of Jeld-Wen Field. More on this something-has-to-give match tomorrow, including a live-blog of all the high-pitched action.

Until then, put the high tops under the bed and grab your scarf: The Timbers are officially the only game in town.
