Dear Portland Food Cart Owners:
I am very glad you are popular. And I am very glad you exist. I am also very glad about all the ancillary jobs you create. I have but one minor request:
OPEN YOUR GODDAMN FOOD CARTS ON TIME!!!
For future reference, "lunch" happens at noon. Not at 12:15 pm or later. In fact, you may notice that the less fashionable brick 'n' mortar restaurants open for lunch sometimes as early as 11 am. That being the case, I would suggest spending less time on choosing clever names for your cart...
... and more time shoving food into my mouth at a reasonable hour. Which is to say:
