I quite enjoyed Jeff Parker and Erika Moen's murder-mystery Bucko, a very funny Portland-centric comic. See—I said so in my review of it. They're celebrating the release of their hardcover Dark Horse collection over at Bridge City Comics (3725 N Mississippi) tonight. It goes down at 6 pm. I don't want to be all "this is what you should do tonight, down to the very last minute of the evening," but you could fit this party in prior to my other suggestions for your Friday night (for the link wary: The American Scream at the Hollywood and midnight movie Poltergeist at Bagdad).
