If You're Not a Hip New Restaurant, You're Probably in Trouble

"In an atmosphere like that"? A measly three-percent drop in the number of restaurants visits in a three-year period is an "atmosphere"? Restaurants of all types have always had a high rate of closure for a number of reasons. Yet another non-informative rant based on a single badly-used statistic.
WTF are "gastocrats" and "supper high-end tweezer-food palaces"? Should that say "super"? You suck, Time magazine.
Why do you think that spending less on dining out is a bright side? The servers in those restaurants likely do not think so.
By this logic all humans are in trouble. Because all humans are not hip restaurants.
Oh wait, now I see this is a Paul Constant post. No wonder it doesn't make sense.
