Were you snoozin'? Then you were losin', my friend. Both tonight and tomorrow's Rose City Rollers roller derby bouts at Oaks Park are sold the 'eff out. You can still get tickets to what is going to be a insanely good game on Sunday—it's the all-star junior derby gals on the Rosebuds taking on the I-5 Rollergirls outta the Seattle area. That is something of a grudge match, after the Rosebuds lost to 'em by a miniscule amount in early March. I'd jump on those tickets if you're planning on going though, things are selling like hotcakes at the Hangar. Rosebuds vs. I-5 @ the Hangar, Sun, 2 pm, $14-20

Tonight, it's the all-star travel team the Wheels of Justice and their trusty mascot the Pegacorn taking on the boyish brutes of the all-star men's travel team from the Portland Men's Roller Derby, the Bridgetown Menace. Yep, it's a girls vs. boys thing! The last time these teams had a match-up, it was a closed invitation-only game (and the girls skated all over those boys). But this oughta be WAY more close. Those boys have been improving like gangbusters. And the Wheels of Justice are superheroines on skates—their butts alone fly invisible jets. WOJ vs. Bridgetown Menace @ the Hangar, tonight, 8 pm, sold out

Saturday is a Rose City Rollers home team game with the Break Neck Betties taking on the rockin' sweethearts of the Guns N Rollers. If it's anything like the Heathers vs. High Rollers bout last month, this should be awesome and full of hard hits and spills. Betties vs. GNR @ the Hangar, Sat, 7 pm, sold out (but check here for the live stream on Sat)

Speaking of GNR, here's a neat spot narrated by rad Guns N Rollers jammer Scald Eagle:
