Tonight marks the debut of Culinaria, a new series of dinners being hosted by Disjecta in conjunction with the rotation of the gallery exhibitions. They've rounded up three guest chefs (tonight's is Doug Adams of Imperial, followed by Lisa Doshier of Smallwares on December 9th, and John Gorham of Toro Bravo/Tasty and Sons/Tasty & Alder on January 20th) and local ingredients from the forthcoming Kenton Green Zebra Grocery for intimate dinners and guided tours of the current exhibitions. A benefit in support of Disjecta's curator-in-residence program, current curator Summer Guthery will present a talk on subject, answer, countersubject, up now.

The dinners are limited to 30 people, so it's unsurprising that this evening's has sold out—but, you can still buy a pass to all three dinners. They're priced individually at $100 per night, but you'll save some bucks going with the package at $275, or opt for just the last two at $185. You can get those puppies here, cuz you gotta eat, and you may as well learn something while you're at it.
