The Mercury's second annual Chili Jamboree is upon us! Together with Mississippi Studios and key sponsors Nicky USA, Jack Daniel's, Pabst Blue Ribbon, and Daiya Vegan Cheese, we're bringing you a full day of top chefs, live music, and flowing rivers of honky tonk-style knuckle sauce. Sunday, October 5, at 11:00am and 5pm.

Last year's event was such a blowout that we grew the lineup and divided the day into two chili jams. (You can do things like this in life!) Many familiar faces are returning, including 2013 champion Gregory Gourdet of Departure, but to keep it lively the lineup is nearly half new.

Tickets for each session are $20 each, but for a limited time you can enter the discount code CHILI2015 for $5 off. (Why risk buying at the door, waiting in lines, possible inconvenience?)
