Portland's Ace Hotel is gearing up on the 2015 edition of Content, on Saturday, Nov 14. Originally conceived by a team including apparel designer Gretchen Jones, Content invites the city's community of designers to divvy up rooms on a floor of the hotel, transforming each room into installations that reveal the creative inner workings behind the products (most of which are also for sale in the annual pop-up shop housed in the adjacent Cleaners event space).

The lineup for this year's show was just announced, and tickets are due to go on sale as of 3 pm today.

This is the sixth year for the event, and the Ace's event site offers a word on its evolution:

We decided to things a little differently this time around: with an open call format, the city's makers and creators across all genres were invited to propose original ideas and dreamscapes for in-room expressions of their personal art, culture and design sensibilities.

While Content has always aimed to support local designers, its natural evolution involved opening our doors and hearts to a broader scope.
