"Oregon's wild. It's wild, man. Look around us." We're at Bailey's Taproom and it's full of bearded men and beaded dreads, suits and rags and black dresses and jeans and hats indoors. "Of course it would happen here

what the "it" that would happen there? a laundromat intervention?

Sounds like a big box of Tide is the next IT ingredient.

True enough. Tide might do some good - or maybe just a bar of soap. Rogue recently brewed a beer with wild yeast discovered in their brewmaster John Maier's beard. Which is somehow supposed to not be gross.

Willamette Valley hops and filberts are World renowned.

I miss Hair of the Dog, "Rose" Beer, inspired by the Belgian Tripel style. It is a top fermented ale which has a deep golden color with a light refreshing body. The beer has a subtle hop profile using the Northwest's finest whole hop flowers. We use Aromatic and Honey malts along with Candy Sugar to give it a unique and fruity character. It is 6% alcohol by weight (7.5% by volume).
