Great suggestions. All you need for this is motivation. Also, being outdoors training can be fun!

Good old basic stuff is the best and easy on the wallet. And morning workouts rev up the metabolism for the day if one can get them in.

You could also repeat the routine several times to increase the challenge when ready too
