Dear homeless dude camping in the middle of the off-leash dog park,

I'm sorry you have decided that your only option is to sleep on the ground here day after day. Someone I love escaped from a bad situation and was homeless for a while so I don't have a personal beef with you or your plight. But I won't stop calling the cops to have you moved on. Here's why: At some point someone's dog won't know what to make of your lumpy form in your sleeping bag on the ground and will become scared and start barking. Maybe the owner is clueless or all the way across the park. When you start jerking around and shooing the dog away, there's a fairly good chance that that scared dog is going to eat your face. I don't want that for you. I don't want that for the dog. I don't want that for the dog's owner. So please find a better location to sleep. Or better yet, get some assistance.
