I am a Girly Cook, and apparently a Jack of all trades. Am building my own cuisine in a small part of town, and all is going well. I have several employees who worship me and make me feel good everyday. Tho am running into a little trouble here. I wanted to make a new spiced Risotto, so I tried with truffes and some garlic at first. Truffes are so overpriced and they require special care. My dish came out fine, even my co-workers told me that they had known before that I was putting up a front thru and thru, so they would not know what I was up to, up until I served them the new Risotto recipe. Pluffy, a friend of mine (I know, silly name) e-mailed me a kind of recipe which requires a "fusion" way of preparing it, and cooking it, that I have not found out what it is, or it`s translation. Or how to serve it. My friend e-mailed me the "Arrosera" recipe. But I don`t know what that terms means, and I have not found out how to make it. It sounds Spanishly. My other friend found it funny for a while, but suggested me I should stop it already and e-mail back to find what`s the deal with this way of doing things. Any good will hearted Sassy cooks (or chefs) out there could help me to make this delicious dish? A thousand thanks in advance. (I don`t even know if my co-workers and employes are still around, if not I would ask them directly) =) - Nice Fun Girly Cook in town -
