When your child wiped it's chocolate ice cream covered hands and face on a whole rack of t-shirts in my store, repeatedly spit on our vintage mirror, ran around screaming for 40 mins and then you left the store with unpaid merchandise, I'm sorry I didn't have a smile for you. Thank you for pointing out that "It's okay to smile" because you know what- I forgot. I really needed your reminder as I was using shout to remove the stains from those shirts and as I cleaned your baby's saliva off of our property. I forgot that when someone is disrespectful to you and your establishment, you should SMILE at them. Keep being a fantastic mom and a gem in society.
