Yea, I was kinda startled to see a certain station this morning reporting on this story as such, clearly hoping to pester the family for comment, even screwing up interview footage and bungling the whole thing.
This is one of the most heart-breaking stories I've seen lately...my own daughter is five, very close to this poor girl's age, and I get almost sick to my stomach thinking about how horrified and sad the parents must be right now. I can't let myself think too much about it or I get overwhelmed. Anyone knocking on their door for "a comment" or something like that is truly the dregs of humanity.
