hmmm. i also think that slappy cakes provides a great overall "experience". The staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is great as well. The ability to almost immediately start making pancakes while waiting for your main meal is a completely new and wonderful evolution on my breakfast experience. Since they have only been open about 9 weeks, I am sure they will continue to improve the execution of some of the dishes. I have eaten there 4 times and each time, the menu had evolved and the food quality had improved as well. I hope they do well and will continue to return and hopefully enjoy is more each time.
