I don't care if they're loath, if they're changing it, they should send it back to the voters. In fact, they've *already* changed it, so they should send it back to the voters.

What is the city's plan to collect this from pepole who haven't paid? I have a friend who would like to know.

Also, How about that first year administrative hard cost cap? Is that just something council is ignoring? Is all staff time spent on the arts tax accounted for?

I would think this damn thing would have one hell of a time passing now.

And, as the flouride debate illustrated, if anything this town needs a Science Tax more than a Arts Tax.
