The tax remains regressive, and by its' structure is expensive to collect - which is also a damn good reason why they don't have as much money as they want for their whims - as opposed to the way other taxes are collected in the city.

Actually that piece of public art - east end of Hawthorne, has grown on me somewhat.
That stone and lumber thing by the Rose Garden (what new name!) doesn't do a thing for me, as most public art.
