David Thorne is not a fake. I have a few emails from him since I emailed him telling him I love his blog. He pulls pranks like this - it's his art form.

Well...there are humourous email exchanges between David Thorne and Simon Dempsey date back to 2008 or earlier on David's site. These are obviously either fictional or the two gents are best mates who collaborate on this stuff.

I could be wrong! (But I'm certain that I'm not.)

I hate it to say it, but Todd is correct. This is totes fake. These are real people who create "pranks". None if it ever happened for real. It's the Penthouse Letters of workplace hijinx.

Nuh uh, it's real, cuz Serafina wrote him a fan letter once to tell him how much she loves his blog. So there. It's art, can't you appreciate that this man has mastered an artistic technique?
