I think that if he's 22 (which I heard, but don't know), he may be going to prison for statutory rape. Most states overlook effing an underage person if the person doing the effing is only 1 or 2 years older (not more). 22 is really pushing it with a 5 year age difference. Technically, he'd be a full adult and she'd be a legal child.
