theoretically it could be construed as libel (seeing as it's written), but there's not a thing on that webpage that any reasonable lawyer would pursue as such.

Some of those guys have police mugshots that are already a matter of public record anyway. Usually you have to infringe the fuck out of someone else's rights to earn that honor.

I knew I would get the libel/slander thing mixed up :) Obviously, I'm not a lawyer, I'm just talking about the principle of the matter. The letter of the law and the ideals tend to only coincide when it's convenient for someone.

I guess this is another fine opportunity to mention the time Matt threatened to pursue legal actions against me for "emotional distress". skinheads, you might want to get in touch with Matt's barrister, who is totally willing to litigate over hurt feelings.

What I find most revealing about these photos is the backdrop: some nice middle-class suburban home with a finished basement and a cute little nook for when dad wants to play rock n' roller (and hey, who knew Def Leppard loved Hitler?). So much for the working-class / blue collar image aped by so many skins-- they're a bunch of suburban poseurs. It's amazing how many affectations these tards will take on in the name of identity.
