I'd like to hear more about the little house on wheels. Is the candle flame inside a little cage? Where does the air exchange take place. How does a space with adequate ventilation get warmed by only a candle flame?

This ordinance was written by the Portland Business Alliance, and they threatened to withhold campaign contributions to city council members who didn't vote for it when it was initially passed. So, guess what? It passed. What the PBA wants, the PBA always gets.
