One of the oldest canards around. No equal pay advocates have ever been able to show proof of that beyond correlation - which is NOT causation.
Women do not earn less pay for doing the same work as a man.

Women earn less over time because mother nature cursed them with being the bearers of children and they are statistically in the workforce for shorter periods than men.

I challenge anyone to show me a case in the past 25 years of a man and woman doing the same job with her making less because she is a woman.

This could also just end up like Oregon's latest "culture shift" in the employment rankings.
