Poor Breedlove....that poor, poor boy and his shameless opportunistic profiteering...

blownspeakers, That's why 45 year olds should think twice about getting involved with those 21-18 years and younger. That age group are generally immature and don't always make the best decisions for themselves or others.

So, that's why adults, especially those who consider themselves "mentors" and civic/societal "leaders" are supposed to show some sort of rational decision making and good judgment. Breedlove may not have made, nor does he continue to make the best decisions. But Adams is equally to blame for showing complete lack of maturity, lack of judgment and lack of adult leadership. Oh, yeah, and for REPEATEDLY LYING and compromising the professional ethics of his staff because of it, then going AWOL and not showing up (or calling into work) for 3 days ('cause his feeling were hurt, wahh), etc. etc. etc.

Our mayor is a doofus in his personal life (which really wouldn't bother me), if it didn't bleed so much into his professional life.

You know what? I support the recall.

Squawk, squawk. Preach, preach.
4
Blah blah, cash check, blah blah.
5
Avel Gordly and Tom Potter? Wow...the recall campaign must be so proud of themselves that they could recruit two such shining examples of effective leadership that were admired so greatly.

Oh wait...you said Tom Potter and Avel Gordly?

I'll type more when I quit laughing and them.
6
"Democrats for Gordon Smith" leader Avel Gordly.

Yeah, well, the first thing Merckley did was work on nicotine regulation- the most truly worthless cause, after, say, regulating home funerals, or renaming streets, or erecting neon roses, etc

Sick of worthless politicians with their heads up their rears.

Early morning musings.

Gordly is a truth teller who never prevaricates. I couldn't admire her more.

Yes, we need more politicians like Avel. Portland currently has the worst crop leaders I've seen in the ten years I've lived here. They're all political game players with no backbone whatsoever.

We need jobs and health care, but hey - not to worry - we're about to get major league soccer, a new 12 lane bridge and a Ceaser Chavez Blvd. Lucky Portland!

Please wait...
