It's omakase (chef's choice, or random menu), just so you don't pronounce it incorrectly - I've seen it spelled "omikaze" elsewhere, too, and, well, it's wrong.

The typo was mine (harried owner), not PAC's. Luckily my co-owner and chef preparing the omikase knows the preferred spelling, as it appears with the "s" on our menu.
If I wanted to split hairs, though, I might mention that this spelling is featured as a lesser known colloquial alternative (try googling it). Since the term is technically written in Kanji, any English phonetic spelling might be considered acceptable.
