I am so glad that I grew up before the internet owned culture. Aww, back in the good ol' days when you had to pay an hourly rate to look at SFW pictures of Teri Hatcher while you told your dad you were downloading low res trailers for Billy Cystal movies.

Um... this is a girl in high school, right? Not a politician, not a public figure, just a teenager whose life just became a lot harder because she explored her sexuality and wrote about it... not on facebook... not even online... but in a diary hidden in her CLOSET.

Are we this hard up for entertainment? Just because it's available online doesn't make it OK to distribute. It's one thing to make fun of people for what they post online about themselves, it's a different thing to make fun of people for things that have been stolen from them.

Isn't being a teenager hard enough without worldwide public humiliation?

As for the revenge angle... we don't know how old her brother is, or what substance abuse issues he has.
5
And... would we react the same way if this had been a guy recording his conquests? I seriously doubt it.
6
Gotta side with Srsly on this one. Slut-shaming a teenager is pretty foul, and framing a post with "We're just innocently pointing out that this is happening..." is disingenuous as fuck.
7
Yeah, this story blows....

I'm really curious what happened to all you people as teens to give you such bleeding hearts for a situation that should be universally embraced as hilarious schadenfreude. Stuffed in a locker? Pantsed at prom? Did Ogre strand you and your friends on a desert island only to be double crossed by Ted McGinley?

Nex, if you really think that these girls deserve the scorn, ridicule, and bullying of countless strangers because of their imperfect judgment (which you might recall was one of the hallmarks of being a teen), you clearly hate women even more than was previously obvious.
10
Hey! At least let me get to the part where I champion spousal abuse, incestual rape and Battle Royale-esque co-ed fight clubs for teenagers before you accuse me of hating women!

Now if you'll excuse me I have to go shine my Iron Cross while advising overweight teenage girls to "just get the abortion already."
11
Awesome, dude. Hope this works out for you.

"Isn't being a teenager hard enough without worldwide public humiliation?"

it is for all of Katie's friends? booooooooooohhhhhhhh!! =)
13
Haha. Nex has it right, and Srsly is a insufferable prick. Why would you assume we wouldn't be laughing just as hard if the genders were reversed? That's your own "gender issue filter" from your own hangups ruining the joke for you. Feel free to point fingers and call us misogynists, but you're really just revealing your own disorders.

Thanks for the tip!

Maybe I'll look for a good therapist who can help me work on my misguided idea that women are more likely to be judged and ostracized for expressing their sexuality (especially in adolescence) AND explain why I should find joy in isolating and shaming individual children for their sexual desires.

But I don't expect that anyone can help me come less "insufferable." That's just too much to ask!

well, i must agree with srsly. It is, and i think no one can really and seriously deny, harder for the girls when they are very sexually active. Girls are usually called sluts whilst guys are called a "sex bomb". And reymont of course you wouldn't be laughing if it was a boy because it is socially accepted and sometimes encouraged that boys do that, while girls are to be pure and sweet. i'm not radical or fanatic, but i'm no hypocrite too. and it is true, some countries tend to be more liberal that others, but usually it works this way. Even i can say, that being a girl, i know that reading her list chocked me more then if it was one written by a boy. And considering myself open minded i can honestly say that my first reaction was thinking of her as a slut, and i truly don't think that she is one, but i'm also bound to the society's rules even if i try to think and act for myself.

Hey, the girl "outed" her brother's drinking, so turnabout is fair play. People in glass houses should not throw stones.
17
There's a not so subtle difference between "expressing one's sexuality" and having a blow job hit list with a freaking DEADLINE attached to it and names crossed out for crying out loud! Come on, Son. Getdafuckoutaherewidatshit, Son. Quit trying to make her out as a victim of society. Sorry, but that kind of behavior *SHOULD* be shamed and ostracized, just as it should be with men.
18
wow this was fucking amazing, i think he was justified in his doing. 3 months that a fucking long as time, way to go brooo!
19
Women are fuckin' bitches.. They'll do just what the fuck they want (like cats) and then justify whatever shit they do as "sooo totally cool/ok" or some crap like that . .without giving a second's thought about the men. And they're (at least) twice as vengeful and unforgiving than men.
Had Chris ratted out Katie, she would've done worse - had she the chance. And then all her girlfriends would've totally sided with her.

Way to go Chris. Tit for tat. Screw all you girls supporting Katie. Conversely, all you supporting Katie have got to be girls or priests.
20
The only reason ya'll are siding with Katie is because you're all whores yourself. She wanted to be a fucking rat bitch and got exposed. It's called fucking karma. Why do women always get defensive when being called out as sluts? They always try to define their ho shit as something else. Guess that's because it sounds nice!

Bitches need 2 be get out their dream world and step into reality. If you're a slut, you're undesirable and it's as simple as that. Quit trying to justify the shit with that whole "double standards" argument. It works for women in most cases any fucking ways.

Back when I was a kid the slutty girls were desirable. Hell, one chick I knew had a face that could stop a clock and every dude in the school had her... she openly told everyone she loved to be gang banged and her parents let an 18 yr. old dude move in with her when she was 14.

1) I'd LOVE it if a boy did this to me, because then all the guys would know I want to BJ them, but it's not my fault for telling them.

2) I think this is sexy as HELL! The only thing sexier would be if he posted naked pix of her in the shower.

3) This goes to show that TO THE EXTENT THAT TRUTH MATTERS, it makes the deadliest weapon.
