Sam is a cycling sham. Saltzman deserves a lot of credit. Without him Sam wouldn't have provided any money. The fact that he's taking money that should be used to protect rovers and trying to fool cyclists into thinking he's doing them a favor is downright delusional. Saltzman offered real, ongoing money. Because Sam's pride was at stake he's willing to try to scam us. Bull. As for Nick and Randy...shame on you both. At best you put sucking up to Sam ahead of a real and substantive proposal. We'll remember.
