also, it won't let insurance companies chare more for preexisting conditions. From the feministing piece you linked about what the bill will do:
Ban higher premiums and denial of coverage because of preexisting conditions.

a preexisting condition shouldn't even be brought up as of 2014.

That last bullet point in the Feministing article seems a bit incomplete/misleading (maybe on purpose?): "Ban the use of federal funds to pay for abortion...."

My understanding is that federal funding for abortions will actually only be banned in cases not involving rape, incest or danger to the life of the mother.
