hey! the PoPo was lamenting the other day the lack of "qualified" candidates for employment as Police Officers, and these folks I think the bill for them. they're a "captive audience" and all they need is a haircut, shave, and maybe a bath and then fill out the application. it's cinch they'll make good officers, and couldn't be any worst than what is now had...don't think they'd willingly kill someone just because could and get away with it.
