I fought my way out to Alberta yesterday. It was sunny all the way in from Hillsboro - had the top down and my shades on, loving life. Then I got off I-5 at Alberta and it was *pouring* down rain. Nowhere else in the city, just on Alberta.

Any idea what month they start blocking off the street again? I always find more that I like in the sidewalk booths.

Ah, lame. Sorry to hear that. I'd guess that must've happened to at least a few people-- crowds were relatively thin last night, except for at Appendix, which was all but packed. I think (based on hearsay) that the street will be blocked off next month, though I'll dig around a little bit and see if I can't find some verified info on that.

Did you go by the Goodfoot? Based on what you've liked in the past, I think you'd be into the show over there. It's one of the strongest groups of artists I've seen from them in a while. Keenan Havens pieces are worth the trip alone.
