Liz Burns is a "development specialist" at a non-profit. For those unfamiliar, this is referring to "development of funding sources", i.e. someone out looking for donations and grants.

To say that someone working in development for an agency is "not affected" by bringing in $600k is DEEPLY disingenuous. I have not a doubt that two days ago she would have gladly told anyone that this grant was one of her biggest acheivements on the job.
