That wasn't an American event, whatever it was. The writing on the chalkboard was not English, the currency symbol was not a dollar sign, the decimal separator was a comma, not a period.

Haarlem (on her mic) is in Holland. It is a suburb of Amsterdam. She is speaking Dutch. Also, this is obviously not in the US, and likely a setup/fake to fool Dutch people (and Americans who thought it was real).

It's Dutch and a *pisbak* is indeed a regular urinal, in this case out in the open. Not a fake. I don't think the tourist is a fake either. Poor guy.

Also, that man is from Alberta. Which, you know, is in Canada. Check out the Edmonton Prospects (baseball) logo on his hat.
