I read everything. If something stops interesting me, I unsub/defriend/what-have-you. I read 50 or so RSS feeds, 80+ people on Twitter, and 120+ people on Facebook. I read in between tasks at work, and for a couple of hours at night. Oh, and if I have to wait a few minutes like, say, in line at the grocery store, on my phone. If I don't read it, I assume there's a reason -- not personally interesting enough, usually -- and dump it.
I have a couple hundred RSS feeds and pull in around 10,000 articles a day on my reader. I don't even attempt to read all of them because I like having the ability to eat and use the bathroom and look out the window from time to time.
And yet somehow it doesn't create crippling ennui in me. I guess I'm a freak for not being a freak.
