Yeah. That was 4 flavors of awesome.

I am way too excited about this movie. It looks SO good and seems to have a spot on feel of the graphic novels. Michael Cera may not be perfect for the role but I'm starting to think with everything else going on in that movie that he won't be able to ruin it.
3
I think Cera will be perfect in the roll, just the right amount of "What just happened?" Ramona is not nearly as dreamy as she is in the books, however...

What jinx said, and also what DLS 3.0 said, except sub "Kim Pine." (though she's barely in the trailer, to be fair.)

but... that trailer is so cool!
5
Part of me thinks Kim and Scott are going to end up together. Okay, most of me thinks that. Am I the only one?
6
@DLS 3.0: Yes. I think/hope this as well.
7
Why can't the people at Universal get that this is the trailer that should be playing in theaters stateside?

Like everyone else, this has made me that much more excited to see it and a bit less hesitant about Cera as Scott.
8
See...this is just like how The Gap has much better stuff in Europe than here.

Shut up. IT IS THE EXACT SAME THING.
9
Who cares where the trailer playing when we have the internet? The internet is a transnational barrier-breaker.

Anyway, yeah this looks good. I wish Cera had more of a personality, but the other peoples seem exciting.
10
Wait, was that Brandon Routh?
11
@Marq Young: Yes, that was Brandon Routh--a Brandon Routh who was somehow 100 times awesomer in a single snippet of a scene than he was in the entirety of Brian Singer's 43-hour-long Superman movie.

This looks rad. Directed by Edgar Wright of Spaced, Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz. I have high hopes.

Please wait...
