@ Beer Batter, a side note about waivers: My adult kickball league had us all sign a piece of paper that just had our names, and then a line for each signature. They described this as a "waiver." Hopefully, Club FX hired the same lawyer as Underdog Sports to review their waiver - they're going to learn a fun legal lesson about effective waivers if there is ever an emergency where people can't find the exits because of the club's manufactured smoke.
