Wow, what a predicament. It sounds as if you really love this girl. True love is a rare commodity these days. Some have defined it as a willingness to put someone else's feelings above your own. Pornography is one of the greatest scurges in the history of earth. It is demeaning to women and creates images in our minds and subconcious that lead to pain and suffering in our lives. Ask any serial rapist what facilitated and fueled their actions, and they admit Porn was a huge factor. Right now your satisfied in your relationship sexually. Good for you. But some day you will have a difficult time and the unrealistic expectations about sex that porn fosters will cause you to think the grass is greener, when it's just different grass. Hopefully you will not have made commitments like children and marriage when this happens like most people. If you asked 100 men who have had an affair if they regret it, over 90 percent have serious regrets. If you really love this woman, make a commitment to stop the porn. Your self respect will grow and her respect for you will as well. Real men don't need porn anyway.

Lattitude: obviously not a man. Or a human being with anything resembling a clue. Men are visual creatures. Men use porn. ALL men use porn. Some just lie about it. But yeah, compared to religious fanaticism, global climate change, starvation, war, AIDS, and the proliferation of banal reality TV shows, porn is a REALLY PRESSING PROBLEM. I'm also curious as to how many serial rapists you've actually queried in regards to what fueled their actions? Porn could hardly "facilitate" their actions, how would that even work? I think you just wanted to use a big word and don't really know what it means.

Lattitude: "[Porn] is demeaning to women..."

I love how those who are against porn apparently feel porn is only demeaning to women. Hey, what about the guys involved? Yes, *clearly* only women are taken advantage of in porn, and *surely* no woman ever gets into porn voluntarily and, God forbid, might actually enjoy the profession. And I say this as a woman who consumes porn and is perfectly fine with her husband watching it, independent of watching it with her or as a couple.

Oh, god, will someone please think of the men?! /Helen Lovejoy

I am honestly shocked at the amount of ladies who have problems with porn.

Also I think what Latitude meant when they said porn is demeaning to women, is that -gay- porn is demeaning to women because they are not allowed in it. Right?

Yeah, nobody got raped or cheated on before the invention of porn. Aren't you precious.

Please wait...
