There is a boat store-fuel spot Staff Jennings there that is closed. Part of the interchange served that. Is the cemetery road needed? How about closing the bridge entirely for the construction. Just saying.
They are talking about "savings", REALLY??? This pig is going to run at least 50% over projected cost before it's done. I literally bet a 2-week paycheck on it. Any takers? (at least, any still drawing a regular paycheck?)
