I don't like that fruit juice is included in this...natural sugars (what you find in fruit) digest differently than refined sugars (what you find in pie or candy), let alone highly processed sugar such as HFCS.

w9, it's a matter of nutritional context. The fructose found in a peach is packed with vitamins and fiber that allow your body to more easily metabolize the sugar and digest the fruit.
However, isolated fructose, as in corn syrup, does not contain those, well, let's call them supplements (like Muscle Milk!) that help you actually process the sugars. That's when they simply turn to bad fat.
