I used to treat my girlfriends like MEH's partner does. I was always begging for nookie, and she was not so into it. Then I dated a nymphomaniac, and for the first time I experienced the situation where I didn't really want to have sex but the girl did.
That experience changed something in me. My attitude toward sex is a lot less urgent now. I'm not sure exactly why. I believe that some people just need to have certain experiences - maybe just once in their life - in order to calm certain desires that they may have been dealing with since adolescence.
Similarly, the ritual of repeatedly "milking" (eeewwww...) sounds like it is acting to suppress MEHs desires. One nagging suspicion that I have is that MEH and partner may lack a strong empathic bond. Sexual arousal is properly created by the urge to mutual, not one-sided, pleasure. That being said, there seems to be a great deal of deception at work here, both in the forming of "faking" and "willing belief".
These two conflicting urges are toxic. I would venture to say that MEH and his/her partner are not sexually compatible.
