Seriously Randy Leonard, it's a public toilet. This is what passes for accomplishment in Portland. Good jobs or schools is aiming too high, so we build a public toilet and our "leaders" go out to dance around it.

Good idea but really sketchy people always hanging around them/occupying them rendering them useless for those of us who need to use them for #1 or #2....
