Gee...guess what? All of you that opined about the police officer losing control and firing his weapon have proved once again that you will judge the officers to be wrong regardless of what you know or what the facts are.

Perhaps we should take a breath, wait for the facts, actually THINK and then make a reasonable judgment. BTW...Sam needs to stop trying to govern by tweet!

@Wilbur Hornswaggle

Govern by tweet? Sorry...that there twitter machine you heard about is wildly popular and a very valuable tool for hundreds of thousands of businesses to maintain relationships with their customers, athletes with their fans, and yes lots of elected officials use it to keep their finger on the pulse of their constituency. Sorry you don't understand how it works.

Well clearly, the cops were itching to make their first kill of the new year ASAP. It didn't happen on NY's, but by golly these pigs got their kill in soon enough!

@DamosA - Actually, the murderer they arrested beat them to it.

Tweeting from an arm chair is a sorry excuse for a title of Mayor of Portland. Lil' Sammy Adams is a sorry dude. I also would like to point out that four shootings have taken place in two weeks, all examples of excessive, deadly force. I don't believe Mayor Adams and I don't believe Chief "Grease" that the police discharge on NYE was intentional; this to me sounds like a sorry smoke screen and police public relations on their behalf to cover their asses from scrutiny. Adams safety plan to get guns off the street of Portland for safety concerns should include a plan to keep citizens safe from police who are shooting to kill rather than getting people the mental health treatment needed.

Twitter claims it has surpassed premature ejaculation as the most disappointing way to spend 5 seconds.

Please wait...
