Munn's not drop-dead gorgeous, but she's certainly pretty. However, she's nowhere near funny enough to be a Daily Show correspondent (then again, neither are Samantha Bee or Jason Jones).
Also, @Rage and Alpha: if you really want to stir up controversy, you'll have to go after Portland's sacred cows, like this: Pavement and Sleater-Kinney were just plain awful.
Olivia Munn: fake nerd; average looks (at best); annoying personality.
Radiohead: overrated; boring.
Sleater-Kinney: sucked even after they learned to play their instruments.
I think she's attractive but I'm bummed that I've seen about thirty articles about how hot she is (or isn't) and absolutely nothing about her in any other respect. She's done a few spots on The Daily Show but I thought those were kinda spotty. I also know she's written a book which sounds really awful. Until she does something really impressive BESIDES looking good with nothing on I think the media circus around her is just gonna annoy me.
She is patently unfunny on the Daily Show. Fact. It's frustrating that comedy is such a male-dominated field, and the second female on the show (behind Samantha Bee, who is excellent) can't freaking buy a laugh.
Maybe the answer can be found in "The Mathematics Of Beauty" which can be quickly summarized in the follow rule: the more men as group disagree about finding a woman attractive they more likely a majority of the men will find her attractive"
She's comic actress hot. You know, like when a guy's watching the LPGA or WNBA (it occasionally happens when the remote gets lost under a couch cushion) and he says to a buddie that one of the players is hot. They're not hot like a Victoria's Secret Model, but hot enough that the two couch-bound guys are going to make animal sounds when the ladies bend over.
That said, I have odd taste and a major crush on Kristen Schaal.
Chris Hardwick's good looks, low-body fat percentage and too-tight 80's T-shirts make it impossible(!) for me to be a reguar nerd guy in the nerd guy world.
We're talking about someone who got her start on a network about video games. Those viewers are so starved of any interaction with females that she became an instant nerd throb. Did you ever notice how good Denny's tastes on a long road trip in the midwest when you haven't been able to find any open restaurants?
That said, I think she's both funny and attractive. Flame on, bitches.
She's pretty enough, though it also annoys me that that's what anyone talks about. That said, I don't find her funny at all and it annoys the crap out of me when she is in Daily Show skits. Being a kind of comedienne, you would think that she would come off with more personality than she does. It just comes off as flat and boring.
trolled bitch
Olivia Munn is the Halloween version of nerdy ladies everywhere.

I could go on but Pavement and Tool are too easy.
"Are you tired of talking about the Jezebel story?
No. But I would really like to make a point that no one knew what the fuck Jezebel was before that story came out."

I have no opinion otherwise.

Oh the tyranny of telegenic nerds and "nerds!"
And also I'm 12.
