The other Ezras and I have been too lazy to pirate games on our laptops since the feds shut atdhe.net down. If anyone has any leads on RELIABLY high quality feeds that aren't justin.tv or the mac-unfriendly myp2p, we're all ears....
Wait? All you other Ezras are stealing NBA games?! How is David Stern suppose to put diamond encrusted food on his solid gold table with all you guys STEALING from him?!
It still completely blows my mind that no one has found a way to make a live sports portal that can get any real traction. Espn3.com is as close as it gets right now, and even they haven't figured out how to navigate the advertising issues - there are no ads at all!
I pay for the full season of mlbtv premium, because I just have to. But NHL online is crazy expensive, and is riddled with blackouts - you can't watch any nationally televised game (canada AND US!), any local blackouts (not an issue in Portland) or any game on Vs., etc.... I only follow the Blazers, so an NBA package is a non-starter. Further, NONE of those crazy pricey packages include playoffs!
With the potential for huge amounts of money to be made, I can't believe that someone hasn't found a way to start an a la carte service that delivers subscription + ad-supported HD content over the web.
Whoever can make the above happen, and marry it to a la carte "cable" channel subscriptions that stream flawlessly to TV will make roughly a gazillion dollars.
They will also be promptly murdered by an elite assassin squad hired by every major cable company, every major sports association, the Yankees and the University of Texas.

Thanks, I've added that link. Now I can watch us get blown the fuck out even when we're not on ESPN3.com!

Nice. I always thought Bonzi was a top three headband wearer, but it's hard to argue with your top picks.
