Mt. Scott Pub is what college kids would call a townie bar. The staff is really nice, but I don't think there's a patron under 40 on a normal night. Couple pool tables, bad jukebox, plastic darts.
Also, if I lived in that neighborhood, I would be a regular at Arleta Library, so if you aren't yet....

What's the Mt. Scott Pub like? I haven't been in there yet (I only moved to this neighborhood in december).
AND they used to have a sign that said "We do know the muffin man!"

I notice you didn't disagree about Mt. Scott Pub. Ace of Hearts is just up the street from MSP, and is at least a profoundly offbeat old people bar.
