So both sides are being disingenuous to serve their own purposes. No surprise there.

I'm seeing a press release from the PBA about the survey here:

But I'm not seeing them touting the results of the CRC question. Which is good, because it's so poorly worded that any answer is meaningless. For instance, the fact that bridge appears three times in the question and highway appears only once might lead you to believe that this was mostly a bridge project, when in fact it's mostly an interchange project.
