Ah, yes. Beth Slovic, of "Hey Greg Oden shouldn't you be proud the nation's seen your large genitalia?" fame.

I didn't know the Oregonian was hiring? I thought they were in panic layoff mode.

I think they're in panic we just lost Brent Walth mode, Aaron! But you're right, hopefully this is good news for their stability.

I always think her articles sound like she's out to get someone and when people don't accept her point of view she really tries to make that person look bad.

Hate to see WW lose her, but Beth's a score for the O. She scooped them on Gordon Smith's illegal hiring AND David Wu's romp in the tiger costume. Plus she's a fluent Spanish speaker and sharp on what the kids are doing.
