This is a great idea, even if it's being slush-funded through water/sewer. With this council, this is about as close to a legitimate water/sewer project as we can expect.

BTW, where in that link does it say anything about being $2.5 mil below market rate? Of it's hard to develop land, i doubt $11.25 mil is that much below market.

From there one may sit and casually watch the Sellwood Bridge collapse, on whatever day that decides to happen.
