I am far more shocked and saddened that 92 kids were murdered in Norway than I am by the death of a celebrity who had profound drug problems, and was apparently not doing enough to address the problem. Junkies usually don't end up well, and substance abuse is hard to beat. Sad ending, true, but what does it say for this society when the latter story was far more prominently featured on social media than the former? Seriously?

(Let's just let the "intelligent" part of that slide when it comes to social media, and maybe substitute "snide").
